The adorable Poodle Pokemon Furfrou has multiple forms in Pokemon Go, and here’s how you can unlock every variation in the game.

Furfrou was the first ever Pokemon with a form-switching ability to be added to Pokemon Go when it first arrived in 2021 during the Season of Mischief Fashion Week event.

Trainers could style the ‘mon with one of 10 different Trims to adjust its appearance. The forms were all inspired by the styles the Pokemon had in the X & Y games, and most of them are related to special events or specific regions, so obtaining them all can be quite difficult.

So without further ado, here’s how to unlock all the Furfruo forms and Trims in Pokemon Go, and how you can switch between them in the game.

Furfrou has a total of 10 forms (or Trims) including its Normal Form. While some of these forms are available worldwide, most of them are only available in specific regions.

How to get Furfrou’s Heart Trim form in Pokemon Go

Furfrou’s Heart Trim form was made available during the Valentine’s Day 2022 event. It worked a little differently from the other Trims, as it was an event-exclusive form instead of a region-exclusive form.

You’ll be able to get the Heart Trim for Furfrou once again during the Valentine’s Day 2023 event. This takes place from February 8 to February 14.

How to change Furfrou’s Trim form in Pokemon Go

Changing forms works a lot like evolution.

Changing Furfrou’s form is quite simple, but just like the evolution mechanic in the game, you’ll need to have 25 Furfrou Candy and 10,000 Stardust saved up before you can do this.

Follow these steps to change Furfrou’s form in Pokemon Go:

Make sure you have 25 Furfrou Candy and 10,000 Stardust.Select your favorite Furfrou (appraising is a good way to tell which one is best).Tap the ‘Form Change’ button to see the Trims available in your region.Choose the Trim you want and confirm your choice.

Now you’ll have a stylish new Furfrou to show off to the world! It will cost you the same amount of Candy and Stardust each time you change the form, so make sure you’re happy with your choice before confirming.
